Leonardo Heidner is a licensed attorney in Brazil and New York State with over 20 years of combined international legal and private banking experience focusing on high net-worth clientele. In addition to providing consultation services to corporations on a range of global transactions, he has consulted American and International clients on cross-border transactions involving personal and commercial matters. Mr. Heidner has managed extensive non-U.S. and U.S. trust accounts, and served as a Director of the tax and corporate consulting division for an international firm, in addition to practicing tax planning and litigation for an extensive law practice. Heidner has earned a law degree from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul, an LL.M degree from Fordham Law School in Corporate, Banking and Finance, and an Executive LL.M from New York University.
